How long does it take for me to receive my items?

Shipping times: Please allow 10 to 14 business days once your order has  been received by us  (Excluding American holidays) As these items are handmaid works of art.

Where do you ship?

We only offer shipping within the United States at this time.

How are the shipping fees calculated ?

Shipping fees: Are all  flat rate based on a per item basis.  Not by the order total. 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer  exchanges only: All l items must be returned back to us before we can offer an exchange.  The customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We will communicate with you by email once we have received any returns. Any communication in regards to returns must be done  by email.
